The Queensland division of SFL/Piletech has a top of slab construction arm.  In past years this division has primarily worked in the design and construction of residential housing slabs.  We are currently steering this division away from one off residential slabs to commercial, council works and multiple residential sites involving 20 to 100 slabs.

The Slabpac®division enables our piling division to offer total packages for works including piled footings under transmission tower legs, large sign foundations, shade membrane systems and bridge abutments. 

Our long term objective is to continue to develop foundation systems that incorporate our products and achieve further market acceptance to our piling products and systems, developing suspended flooring systems that are far more cost competitive than the current slab systems that encounter problems due to moisture changes and ground movement.
