The Slabmaster® system is a high performance residential slab system designed with reference to AS3600 commercial piling standard, a standard which has not been widely used previously in residential housing.  The Slabmaster® system is a cost effective solution for the housing industry enabling commercially specified performance to now be available in the residential housing market.

The Slabmaster® system is a patented fully suspended concrete slab system that incorporates a number of screw piers, steel mesh, edge beam cages and high density vibrated concrete.  It introduces a premium standard of structural integrity and long-term serviceability to residential construction.

Only the Slabmaster® system can guarantee exact quantifiable load capacities at each pier support.  The system incorporates a series of high tensile screw piers that are wound into the ground to achieve a specific torque loading, in effect creating a fully suspended slab.

The Slabmaster® System has been third party certified by the world’s largest engineering company, ARUP Engineers and is delivered as a fully engineered and installed package at a guaranteed fixed price.
