Compliance with the ASX Principles and Recommendations:

In March 2003 the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) formed the ASX Corporate Governance Council and released the "Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations".

SFL, in accordance with the recommendations, have detailed on this website the Board and Committee Charters, the Code of Conduct for Directors, and relevant policies, which will be updated from time to time.

The functions of the Board are set out in the SFL Board Charter, in particular under the section entitled, "The board's role and responsibilities".

A. Dividends for ordinary fully paid SFL shares are usually declared in May and November and paid in July and December respectively.
